These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Open Doors Studio and the services we provide. By submitting a request or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
Open Doors Studio is a creative studio offering bespoke design services tailored to individual client requests.
All services are provided on a project-by-project basis, following an initial enquiry and scope agreement.
2. Service Process
- Clients submit a request or brief through the website or via email
- Open Doors Studio reviews the request and may request further details
- A design proposal or concept is created based on the agreed scope
- Once the work is completed, it will be shared for review and approval
- A payment link will then be issued for the agreed fee
No work is considered final or delivered for use until full payment has been received.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All pricing is communicated clearly before final delivery
- Payment is required after approval and before final files are released
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
- Open Doors Studio does not store or process payment details directly
Failure to complete payment may result in withholding of final deliverables.
4. Revisions
- Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the nature of the project
- Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees
- Revision terms will be communicated where relevant
5. Cancellations
- Due to the bespoke nature of the services, work already completed is non-refundable
- If a project is cancelled before completion, Open Doors Studio reserves the right to invoice for work already undertaken
6. Intellectual Property
- All concepts, drafts and designs remain the property of Open Doors Studio until full payment has been received
- Upon full payment, the final approved design will be licensed or transferred as agreed
- Open Doors Studio retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request
- Respond in a timely manner to communications
- Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
Open Doors Studio provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity
- Issues arising from third-party platforms or services
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or platforms (such as payment providers or hosting services). We are not responsible for their policies or performance.
10. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
